About Me, Nidhi
With 7 years of experience teaching diverse age groups, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of yoga. It benefits individuals physically, mentally, and emotionally, reducing stress, increasing flexibility, and boosting overall well-being. My passion for yoga began with a personal journey to lose pregnancy weight, and my consistent practice for over a decade has kept me fit and motivated me to become an instructor.
My teaching style is simple, logical, and intuitive, with a deep knowledge of alignment and technique. I focus on healthy breathing, body alignment, and balanced energy flow. I love to nourish the hidden strengths of my students while challenging them to reach beyond their perceived limitations. I have inspired teens, college students, seniors, and adults of all skill levels to achieve their wellness goals.
My Credentials & Experience:
- 700-hour certified in traditional Hatha yoga.
- Yoga Alliance certified international yoga teacher.
- Lead Teacher at the Himalayan School of Traditional Yoga Academy in Texas.
- 7 years of experience teaching diverse age groups.
- Hosting regular sessions for women, teens, adults, and seniors.
- Organizing specialized women’s yoga retreats.

Traditional Hatha Yoga
HATHA YOGA is a powerful health discipline that heals many health issues without medicine. It boosts positive energies and quality of life. Hatha Yoga is a natural therapy that makes one healthy, look youthful and beautiful. It is a gentle form of yoga that focuses on static poses and great for beginners. Hatha actually means willful and forceful. A set of postures that are designed to align the skin, muscles and bones, to open the many energy channels of the body, specifically the spine. So that energy can flow more freely through the body.
Every class is uniquely designed to focus on stretching and building muscle strength. Targeting on specific muscle groups while maintaining safe alignment to reduce risk of injury. These classes are designed to give you many health benefits. It balances mind-body-breath and promotes inner harmony and peace. Improves self awareness, flexibility, agility and strengths. Relieves fatigue, lethargy, stiffness, tensions and pain. Increases stamina and builds positive energies. Develops mind focus, reduces excess weight and burns toxins. With this practice you will build strength and balance. Leaving you feeling energized through out the day.
